Exchange & Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms for exchanges, refunds, and returns for purchases made with us. Our policies operate in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, a 6% administration fee may be deducted from the refund amount. This covers non-refundable payment processing costs and administrative handling associated with the order.
7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange window for eligible products under the following conditions:
- The product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
- All included accessories, manuals, and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
If a suitable replacement product is not available, a store credit or gift card may be issued for the purchase value.
Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase
If you have changed your mind or purchased the wrong product:
- Products may be exchanged within 7 days if sealed and in original condition.
- If an alternative product is not selected, a store credit or gift card may be issued.
- Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases.
Items Excluded from Returns or Exchanges
Due to hygiene, licensing, and security reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Headphones and earphones
- Personal care items (e.g. shavers)
- Gift cards, SIM cards, recharge cards, and vouchers
- Software, activation codes, or digital licenses
- VR headsets
- Extended warranty or protection plans
- Wearable technology
Incorrectly Supplied Products
If you receive an incorrect item in your order:
- Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must remain unused and in resalable condition.
- We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on availability.
Products Damaged During Delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on stock availability.
Faulty Products
If your product is faulty upon arrival or during initial use:
- We will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
- The product may need to be returned for inspection to confirm the reported fault.
- Fault claims should be reported within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
Warranty Claims
For faults occurring within the manufacturer warranty period:
- The product may be repaired, replaced, or credited depending on the issue and product availability.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us unless otherwise required by law.
- Customers may alternatively deal directly with the manufacturer for warranty claims where applicable.
Restocking & Testing Fees
At our discretion:
- A 6% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to product faults.
- If a returned product is tested and found not to be faulty, a diagnostic/testing fee may apply.
- Freight costs associated with such returns may also be charged.
Bonus Products & Promotional Items
- If your purchase included bonus items or promotional gifts, these must also be returned for any refund or store credit to apply.
- If a promotional gift card has been used, the value used will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not available for change-of-mind purchases.
Where a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet the guarantees under New Zealand consumer law, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required.
Additional Information
- Freight charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
- Proof of purchase must be provided for all returns or exchanges.
- Where collection is required under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will arrange courier pickup.
- In other cases, customers are responsible for returning goods safely.
