Delivery Information

We deliver across New Zealand and aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and product type.

New Zealand Delivery

We aim to deliver most in-stock orders within 1–2 working days for orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, and courier collection times.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Final delivery cost depends on the delivery address, item size, weight, and whether the order is being sent to a rural or remote location.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates only. While we work hard to get your order to you quickly, delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Courier network delays
  • Peak shopping periods
  • Weather events or transport disruptions
  • Rural or remote delivery routes
  • Public holidays and regional service interruptions

We are not liable for courier delays once an order has been dispatched, but we will always do our best to assist if an issue arises.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Access

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, including recipient name, street number, suburb, city, and postcode.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided, or if the courier is unable to access the property, additional charges may apply for re-delivery, re-direction, return-to-sender handling, or manual address correction.

To avoid delays, please double-check your address and contact details before completing your order.

Rural, Remote & Oversized Deliveries

Some addresses may incur additional courier charges, including rural delivery locations, remote areas, oversized parcels, heavy items, or special handling shipments.

If extra courier charges apply to your order, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional freight cost.

Missing, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days from dispatch, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or there is any issue with the delivery, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the parcel. This helps us investigate promptly and support a faster resolution.

Please keep all packaging, shipping labels, and damaged items until the courier investigation has been completed, as these may be required for assessment.

  • Orders are subject to stock availability and successful payment verification.
  • Signature requirements may apply depending on the order value or item type.
  • Risk in the goods passes in accordance with applicable New Zealand consumer law and courier delivery confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to contact customers if delivery details need clarification before dispatch.
