What the condition grades mean
New devices are sold as new. For refurbished and pre-owned laptops, the grade describes how the device looks on the outside: As New has little or no wear, Excellent has very light signs of use, Very Good may have small scratches or scuffs, and Good has visible signs of use.
Every graded device is checked before sale, and the product page shows the grade and condition notes for that exact unit.

We deliver across New Zealand. Most in-stock orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are aimed to arrive within 1 to 2 working days. Shipping is calculated at checkout. You can also choose pickup and collect from our store inside FreshChoice Flat Bush, Unit 8/130 Dawson Road.
You have 7 days after receiving an item to request a return, and everything we sell is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
